Clear and Safe Access
All windows must be accessible at the time of your scheduled appointment. This includes ensuring:

Furniture, garden items, or other obstacles are moved away from the cleaning area.

Safe access is available both inside and outside the property.

Pets and children are kept clear of the work area for safety reasons.
If clear and safe access is not available, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the job.
Blinds, Shutters, Curtains, and Other Fittings
In many cases, blinds, shutters, curtains, or other fittings may prevent us from reaching the glass properly. To avoid delays or incomplete work:

These items must be removed by the customer prior to our arrival.

SP Window Cleaning staff do not remove, refit, or take responsibility for blinds, shutters, curtains, pelmets, or any other window fittings.

We accept no liability for any damage, loss, or reinstallation issues relating to these items.
Insurance, Safety & Liability
For insurance and safety reasons:

Our team will not attempt to move or dismantle any fittings, furniture, or fixtures.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by fittings that were not removed prior to our service.

Any injuries, delays, or damages caused by blocked access or fittings left in place will not be covered under our liability.
Cancellation Policy
If access is not prepared as outlined above and we are unable to complete the job, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply. This is to cover time and travel expenses already incurred.
