Acceptance

By accepting a quote or booking a service with SP Window Cleaning (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Quotes & Estimates

• Quotes are estimates based on information supplied at the time of quoting.
• Final price may vary if window counts, access or on-site conditions differ on the day.

2. Window Count Guide

• Each window is counted separately.
• Colonial windows count as two windows.
• Any pane larger than a standard door counts as one window.
• For wall-to-wall glass, a rectangular section roughly the size of two standard doors counts as one window.

3. Extras & Exclusions

• Extras are billed separately: flyscreens, tracks, balustrades, solar panels, bore-water stain removal, and builders’ debris removal.
• Blinds, shutters and similar fittings must be removed/reinstalled by the customer; we do not remove or refit these items.

4. Access Requirements

• Safe access must be available to all areas being cleaned.
• An external tap is required for pole-fed water cleaning of upper-storey windows.

5. Payment, Cancellation & Late Fees

• Payment is due on completion of work. Card preferred (cash accepted).
• Cancellation: bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price to cover lost booking time and staff allocation. Weather or genuine emergencies may be exempt at our discretion.
• Late payment fee: overdue invoices may incur an additional $20 per week (or part thereof) until paid.

If you anticipate any issue paying on the day, please contact us prior to the appointment so we can arrange an alternative solution.

6. Health, Safety & Property Care

• We take reasonable care while working on your property. We cannot be liable for pre-existing damage, faulty window seals, or deterioration due to age, construction or materials.
• Work may be postponed for safety (e.g., severe weather, unsafe access). We will reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

7. Photos & Marketing

• With your verbal consent, we may take before/after photos for quality control or marketing. We will avoid identifying details unless you explicitly agree.
